Artisan pâté made by Embotits Montuïri.

Embotits Montuïri is a family business dedicated to pork, with it they produce our famous sobrassada, but also other products such as pâté or “camallot”.

In Sa Madona de ca’n Xinet we offer 5 of its varieties:

• Bolets (boletus): Artisan pâté with boletus, lean pork, bacon and pork liver.
• Allioli: Artisan allioli pate, with lean pork, bacon and pork liver.
• Artisan: Artisan pate with lean pork, bacon and pork liver.
• Almonds: Handmade almond pate with lean pork, bacon and pork liver.
• Coent (spicy): Spicy artisan pate, with lean, bacon and pork liver.
