We are growing day by day, today we open the interview section, every second Thursday of the month we will publish a blog entry where we can discover a little more about characters as familiar as today’s guest.
We will ask all the guests the same questions, let’s see if we agree with someone! You can leave your comments, we would be very happy.
The first to enter this section is… Santi Taura ! (total fan moment of Sa Madonna lol)
Santi Taura was born in Lloseta on August 14. He is fond of running in the mountains, watching TV and going to restaurants.
We know him as a renowned chef, with one Michelin star and two Repsol suns, but he also paints and makes ceramics, some of which can be seen in his Dins Santi Taura restaurant. He also likes to do chores and crafts. We can say that it is an all-terrain vehicle!
Santi told us that what he misses about Sa Roqueta when he’s out is the tranquility, because in the end it’s yours and it’s where you’re most comfortable and relaxed
